Measurements in Recipes

One thing we find difficult when we cook using recipes from magazines ,books or sites are the difficulty in understanding or rather taking correct measurements. And the tricky part is when it is in grams, worse if it is in ounces, lbs etc..
For the time being i have conversions from Grams to cups which i came across in a regional magazine and am posting that here.
