Its getting extremely hot in delhi and we are gulping down lots of buttermilk or sambhaaram as we call in Kerala.Its very simple to make and very very refreshing and also good for health.
Ingredients( for 1 glass)
Curd-2-3 tbsp depending on how thick or thin you want it to be.
Cold Water -3/4 glass
1 small green chilli
1/2 teasppon ginger
2-3 curry leaves
Coriander leaves- 1 stem.
Salt to taste.
Mix all ingredients together in a blender or whisk it.
You may also add a pinch of jeera powder.
That's it.You have your refreshing drink ready.
